  • Yearly Subscription: This plan provides access to our digital assets for a period of one year, automatically renewed each year until canceled.

• Fees and Payments:

  • You agree to pay the subscription fees for your chosen plan. We display the fees associated with each plan before you subscribe.

  • We accept various third-party payment methods as listed on our website. We do not store any payment credtiantls or payment details on our website.

  • Payment will be charged automatically to your chosen payment method at the beginning of each subscription period (monthly or yearly).

• Access to Digital Assets:

  Every subscription plan comes with different features that allow you to access the paid digital Assets that are mentioned on the subscription page.

Customized Digital Assets:

The customized digital assets which can be fonts, mockups, illustrations, or 3D models, can come with the Standard License. If you want to apply for an Exclusive License which comes at extra cost, select Exclusive License while filling out the form. With a Standard License the customized digital assets will remain and only property of Pixpine and will be available on Pixpine.com for download with a non-exclusive and royalty-free license. Intellectual Property:

The Website and all content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, mockups, fonts, illustrations are the property of PIXPINE.COM or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, publish, transmit, distribute, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, or exploit in any way, any of the content, in whole or in part, without the express written permission of PIXPINE.COM.

Use of the Website:

You may use the Website for its intended purpose and only following these Terms. You may not use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Website or any network connected to it. Refund Policy:

We do offer refunds, if the purchased item is different than the one described on our website or if there is any technical problem and we are unable to resolve it. There will be no refund under the following circumstances.

• You don’t have the required expertise to use the purchased item

• Your internet speed is not fast enough to download large files

• You purchased the wrong item by mistake

• Change of mind

Limitation of Liability:

Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Website or the content, services, or products offered thereon, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages.
