Personal & Commercial License Agreement For Paid Assets

This Personal & Commercial License Agreement governs your use of the digital assets on PIXPINE.COM. Please read this Agreement carefully before purchasing or using any Assets. By purchasing or using an Asset, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1 - Definitions:

• Personal Use: Non-commercial use of the Assets for personal projects, education, or individual enjoyment.

• Commercial Use: Use of the Assets for profit-generating purposes, including in businesses, projects, products, marketing materials, merchandise, and websites.

2 - Permitted Uses:

• Use Within License Type: You may use the Asset according to the license type purchased (e.g., Personal License, Commercial License). All assets downloaded from PIXPINE.COM can be used for Personal and Commercial uses under this agreement

• Modifications: You may modify the Assets for your specific needs unless prohibited by the specific license type or product description.

• Incorporation into Derived Works: You may incorporate the Assets into your creative projects, including designs, presentations, websites, videos, and across the following mediums with limitations:

  • Physical Product: For Personal Use: You may print the Assets on small advertising mediums like t-shirts, mugs, and personal items. For Commercial Use: You may print on merchandise as part of your business in a project with a 5000 print limit.

  • Digital Products: You may incorporate the Assets into ebooks, templates, and other digital products for sale or personal use.

  • Packaging: You may use the Assets on labels, stickers, and boxes for packaging your physical products with a 5000 print limit.

  • Digital or Print Publication: You may include the Assets in books, magazines, brochures, and other publications you author or create (royalty fees may apply for commercial publications).

  • Social Media: You may use the Assets for personal and commercial promotions and branding on your social media channels.

  • Broadcast and Streaming: You may use the Assets in personal and commercial (Limited commercial use: 150,000 views) monetized videos and streams

Prohibited Uses:

• Resale or Redistribution: You can not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Assets to any third party.

• Claiming Ownership: You may modify the Assets for your specific needs, but you can not claim ownership of the Assets or any part of them. All rights, title, and interest in the Assets remain with PIXPINE.COM.

• Unlawful or Harmful Use: You can not use the Assets for any illegal or harmful purpose, including creating content that violates the rights of others or promoting discrimination or hate speech.

• Sharing Account Information: You may not share your account information with others to allow them to access or use the Assets.

• Exceeding limitations: For personal use, abide by any quantity restrictions specified for physical product creation or other permitted uses.

Additional Notes:

• You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Assets complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the Website and Assets if you violate any of the terms of this Agreement.

• Company shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the Assets.

This Personal & Commercial License Agreement governs your use of the free digital assets on PIXPINE.COM. Please read this Agreement carefully before using any Assets. By using a free Asset, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Permitted Uses:

• Personal Use: You may use the Assets for your personal projects. This includes using the Assets for your own creative projects, education, or personal enjoyment.

• Commercial Use: You may use the Assets for commercial purposes, such as in your businesses, projects, and products. This includes but is not limited to, incorporating the Assets into websites, presentations, marketing materials, and merchandise.

Prohibited Uses:

• Modification: You may modify the Assets for your specific needs, but you cannot claim ownership of the modified Assets. The original copyright and ownership remain with the Company.

• Resale or Redistribution: You can not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Assets to any third party, whether as part of a package or individually.

• Unlawful or Harmful Use: You may not use the Assets for any illegal or harmful purpose, including creating content that violates the rights of others or promoting discrimination or hate speech.

• Access: You can not provide direct or indirect download links of any Assets which is property of PIXPINE.COM on your or any third-party website. However, we appreciate that if you could backlink to PIXPINE.COM.

Additional Notes:

• Company reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Website and Assets following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

• Company retains all rights, title, and interest in the Assets. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Assets by this Agreement.

• Company shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the Assets.
